"And God said to Moses, 'write this remembrance in a scroll and place it in the ears of Yehoshua (Joshua), for I will wipe out the memory of Amalek from under the heavens"(Shemot/Exodus 17:14)

D'var Torah; Moses and Pharaoh: The Final Confrontation

'And Pharaoh said to him (Moses), go from me. Be careful not to see my face, for on the day that you see my face you will die. And Moses said, you have spoken well, you will no longer see my face. And God said to Moses, one further plague I will bring on Pharaoh and on Egypt' (Shemot chapter 10:28-29)… 'And Moses said, thus said God, at midnight I will go out amongst the midst of the Egyptians.' (Shemot 11:4)

D'var Torah: Why Does God So Often Speak to Moses, and Then Add the Word 'Saying'?

'And God spoke to Moses saying.' (Shemot 6,10) This is one of the most frequently found verses in the Torah. Why though does the verse need to finish with the word 'laimor / saying'?
