US Communities Up Sticks for Shabbat
On the weekend of 19th and 20th April, South Hampstead, Stanmore & Canons Park and Hampstead Garden Suburb US communities held outstanding and successful Shabbatonim that attracted 350 US members across the three communities. These Shabbatonim were a first for the US Living & Learning department, organised together with the local Rabbonim from the communities. Tribe provided madrichim for all the communities to help with the events, and they were also joined by US Rabbinic Couple Yisroel and Leanne Binstock.

Over seventy men and women gathered together on Tuesday night to discuss the current issues surrounding women and leadership in the community. As part of the US Women series ‘Women, The Rabbi and The Law’ the event was entitled ‘In charge and Inspired’ and brought together five experts from the community.

US Administrators Presentation To The Chief Rabbi
Mill Hill Synagogue hosted a United Synagogue Administrators Association meeting on 10th April where Chairman Charles Loeb, presented the Chief Rabbi, Lord Jonathan Sacks, with an inscribed glass trophy in recognition of his contribution to the community and support towards the Administrators.
Tribe Challenge Participants Meet the Chief Rabbi
Tribe's Central Challenge Programme for children in school year 7 joined Chief Rabbi Lord Sacks at his home on Sunday 7th April for tea.
