Earlier this week, Tribe invited 70 Children's Services volunteers from across the United Synagogue to join Chief Rabbi Lord Sacks and Lady Sacks at their home, for a reception in recognition of their dedication and hard work.

A number of US rabbis are participating in the “Rabbi Relay Ride”, a ride for rabbis across the denominations, organised by Michael Leventhal of Gefitefest and Muswell Hill United Synagogue who is one of our most creative members.  Rabbis Belovski (Golders Green), Hyman (Ilford), Laitner (Finchley), Levy (Shenley) and Rosenfeld (Kingston & Surbiton), along with Rabbi Daniel Braune Friedman of University Jewish Chaplaincy in Oxford, are cycling to raise money for a variety of good causes.  US Living, Learning & Caring is one of the charities that Rabbi Laitner is raising money for.  We’d be really grateful for your support, via this link http://www.rabbirelayride.org/profiles/michael-laitner and thank Michael Leventhal for all of his hard work in organising this ride.

On Sunday 10th June 2012, Chief Rabbi Lord Sacks and Lady Sacks hosted a reception for over 30 couples who were recently married through the Office of the Chief Rabbi and the United Synagogue.
