Project Chesed, working with the British Heart Foundation and the London Ambulance Service are offering United Synagogue members training to learn Emergency Life Support skills.
This may prove to be invaluable - you never know if you may be required to help keep someone alive until the paramedics arrive!
The training will teach you how to:
• Assess an unconscious patient
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• Use a defibrillator
• Deal with choking and serious bleeding
• Help someone who may be having a heart attack
Courses can be organised for up to 12 participants for anyone aged 10 and over. The session lasts for two hours and we can arrange them at a location of your choice.
Please note this is not a basic first aid course.
This course is free to United Synagogue members
